These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the flojob.eu platform (website flojob.eu, hereinafter the “Platform”, “we”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. flojob.eu provides job search and employment services in Europe and publishes job advertisements of partner employers on social media.

1. Services

The Platform helps candidates find jobs and employers find candidates. We publish job advertisements on our official channels and social media (including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, Viber) and communicate with candidates through these channels.

2. Publishing content on social media

The content (videos, image banners, job descriptions) we publish on social media is created by us or provided by partner employers. We publish it only to our own accounts to which we have lawful access, and in accordance with the rules of the respective platforms. We do not publish on behalf of other users without their permission.

3. User obligations

provide accurate information about yourself when contacting us;
not use the Platform for unlawful activities, spam or fraud;
respect the intellectual property rights in the Platform's content.

4. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, advertisement texts and design of the Platform belong to flojob.eu or are used on a lawful basis. Copying or using them without written permission is prohibited.

5. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided “as is”. We make every effort to keep the service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular employment outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

flojob.eu is not liable for the actions of partner employers or third parties, nor for indirect damages related to the use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at this address together with the date of the update. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
