“The average salary in Poland” tells you nothing about your job. Look at rates in your category — and whether the number is gross or net.
“How much do they pay in Poland?” has no single answer. The country's average salary says nothing about your specific occupation: warehouse workers, builders and hotel staff earn differently. You need to look at rates in your own category.
